DEPOSIT POLICY
To confirm your appointment, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
This deposit secures your appointment and may be retained as a cancellation or no-show fee, in line with our cancellation policy below.
Your deposit can be transferred to another booking if you reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Please note that cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in the forfeit of your deposit. To rebook, a new deposit will be required.
If you cancel on the day of your appointment or fail to attend, the full appointment value (100%) will be charged.
If a deposit has been requested and is not received at least 72 hours before your appointment, your booking will be automatically cancelled.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY
We completely understand that plans can change. To help us manage our schedule and offer appointments to other clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
A 50% deposit (holding fee) is required to secure all bookings, including online bookings. This amount will be deducted from your total at your appointment.
Deposits are fully refundable or transferable when a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is given. Unfortunately, deposits will be forfeited if less notice is provided or if you do not attend your appointment.

Please note that same-day appointments that are cancelled shortly before the scheduled time or not attended will incur a 100% charge of the booking value.

LATENESS POLICY
If for any reason you are running late for your appointment please call us on 01580 720990. We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every other client scheduled that day. Please be aware that in the unfortunate event that you are late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day. Lateness of 15 minutes or more may require rescheduling your appointment for another day and the loss of your deposit.

SKIN TESTING
If a skin test is required for your colour services and you fail to have one done, then we have no choice but to cancel your appointment. Skin tests must be carried out 48 hours or before your appointment. At Purdy&Power we insist on following the rules and regulations of the manufacturers that supply our colour for your own safety and wellbeing.
It is very rare for a reaction to occur but if it does it can be very severe and can even cause hospitalisation – this is a risk that we are not willing to take.
